Overview is how the portfolio is performing. Budget and actions is what to do next: the recommended spend for the coming months and the moves to make inside today's budget. Club detail is one club at a time. Diagnostics holds the exception lists you only open when something looks wrong. Data is where the monthly files go.
No club is compared to another. A channel is judged against that club's own cheapest channel this period and against its own trailing three months. Markets differ too much for a cross club average to be a fair benchmark.
Marketing spend divided by Positive Impact, the joins the clubs actually booked. With the spend selector on all marketing it counts every dollar including billboards, print and merchandise. On digital only it counts the four channels. The KPI says which basis it is on.
Spend comes from the GL, which is the accurate figure. Leads and purchases come from the platform reports, which are the only place those exist.
The platforms measure them independently, so nothing here divides one into the other and no conversion rate is shown. A lead target and a purchase target are two different buys with two different costs, and the total ask is the sum of both.
Every recommendation reallocates inside a club's existing budget first, moving money out of a channel that is buying purchases dearly into one that is buying them cheaply. New money is only recommended for the part reallocation cannot reach, and it is shown separately so the two are never confused.
A club that overshoots its goal by reallocating cannot bank the surplus for a club that falls short, which is why the portfolio still needs new money even when the totals look covered.
Built from three complete years of Positive Impact in the reconciliation. January runs well above an average month and August is a second peak, while October through December run below. The budget weights each month by its index, so a soft month gets a smaller base and a strong month a larger one.
A ceiling per club per month on each channel, editable at the top of the budget tab. When a channel hits its cap the overflow moves to whichever channel in that club still has room, and only to channels the club already runs. Anything that cannot be placed shows as capped out and is excluded from the lift figures rather than quietly counted.
The Clubs selector scopes the whole dashboard. Comp is a rolling rule, open at least 24 months at period end, excluding Harman and the acquisitions, so it recalculates itself each month rather than needing a new list.
Roughly a third of TikTok, Pmax and Snapchat club spend is allocated from market level campaign rows rather than measured at the club. Snapchat has no club level data at all and sits outside the club views. The Harman clubs show GL spend well above what the platforms report, so their CPA reads high until that reconciles. A club whose cheapest channel is very expensive is marked shift only and gets no new money, since pricing an add off that number would be meaningless.
